Job descriptionBuild strong relationships with key media agencies and direct clients. Collaborate with agency planners / buyers and brand managers to create effective and innovative ad campaigns. Create account-level sales strategies and implement them to meet or exceed revenue targets. Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and identify growth opportunities. Work closely with internal teams – Programming, Traffic, Operations, and Creative – to ensure smooth execution of campaigns. Monitor performance, track deliverables, and ensure high client satisfaction. 5–7 years of relevant experience in Media Ad Sales, preferably with exposure to Linear Television. Strong existing relationships with media agencies and clients. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Proactive, self-driven, and target-oriented approach.
