Yardi Voyager + Sage Intacct (Us Property Accounting)

Job Description :

We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled US Property Accountant to join our dynamic and collaborative team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced accounting professional with a strong background in Sage Intacct and Yardi Voyager , particularly in managing accounting processes and ensuring financial accuracy for U.S.-based clients. You should possess a solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and have hands-on experience with lease accounting, CAM reconciliation, and other relevant accounting practices. As a key member of a small, tight-knit team, you will be working closely with internal stakeholders and clients to deliver timely and accurate financial reporting while supporting operational efficiencies.

Note : Experience on both Sage Intacct and Yardi is required

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in accounting, with a strong background in Sage Intacct and Yardi .
• Proven experience working with U.S.-based clients , with a deep understanding of U.S. GAAP and its application to accounting processes.
• In-depth understanding of accounting principles, including lease accounting (ASC 842) , CAM reconciliation , and other U.S. GAAP standards.
• Proven experience in bookkeeping , month-end / quarter-end close processes , and preparing financial statements .
• Strong ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to ensure data accuracy in all tasks.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes, software, and technologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with clients and internal teams.
