• Immediate Hiring Maximus Mediascape is an AI-driven marketing agency operating across the UK, UAE, and expanding global markets. We help businesses connect with their audiences through smart, creative, and data-led digital experiences. We are looking for a Web Developer with strong Webflow and WordPress skills. You should be confident in both design and development, comfortable working independently, and able to deliver high-quality work across multiple projects. Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain marketing websites and landing pages in Webflow and WordPress. Create clean, responsive layouts that work smoothly across desktop, tablet, and mobile. Use Webflow Interactions and GSAP (where needed) to build smooth animations and micro-interactions. Set up and manage CMS collections in Webflow and custom post types in WordPress. Work with themes, child themes, and page builders (e.G. Elementor, Gutenberg) to build and update pages. Optimise websites for speed, performance, and SEO best practices. Implement tracking and analytics (e.G. Google Analytics, Meta pixel) on sites and landing pages. Integrate websites with third-party tools such as forms, CRMs, email marketing, and automation platforms. Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing strategists to bring campaigns to life. Troubleshoot bugs and technical issues, and keep websites secure and up to date. Experience Required (1–3 years) 1–3 years of professional experience building websites in Webflow and WordPress, with a strong portfolio of live projects. Solid skills in HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript, including responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. Good design sense and experience turning Figma / Adobe XD / similar mock-ups into pixel-perfect web pages. Preferred Additional Skills Experience using GSAP for advanced animations, especially in Webflow projects. Strong understanding of on-page SEO, basic schema, and technical SEO fundamentals. Familiarity with CRO and building / updating A / B test landing pages. Ability to create basic graphics or social media visuals in Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud. Understanding of UX principles and accessibility (e.G. WCAG basics). Experience working with webhooks, APIs, and integrations (e.G. HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zapier, Make). Knowledge of Git / version control and best practices for maintaining clean, reusable code. Comfort using AI tools (e.G. ChatGPT, image generation tools) to speed up workflows and support content / design tasks. Experience collaborating with social media and performance marketing teams on campaigns and landing pages.
