Job Description : Content Head
You will lead and manage all content produced and published across digital, e-commerce, and social media platforms. This role requires strong leadership, creative direction, and end-to-end execution capabilities.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Content Strategy & Planning
Collaborate with brand heads to understand campaign objectives, key products, and promotional priorities.
Develop detailed content plans aligned with brand goals and upcoming launches.
Ensure content across all platforms maintains consistent quality, messaging, and brand identity.
2. Team Management
Lead and manage a team of editors, cinematographers, and content creators.
Oversee daily workflow, ensure efficiency, and maintain high productivity levels.
Review and guide the team’s output to ensure top-quality delivery.
3. Shoot Execution
Plan and coordinate complete shoot setups, including :
Model / artist selection
Makeup artists and stylists
Props and set design
Location and logistics
Be present during all shoots to ensure perfect framing and smooth execution.
Sit through the edits and guide the post-production team to achieve premium-quality output.
4. Social Media & Platform Content
Plan, oversee, and execute all social media content : video, photo, reels, short-form, long-form.
Ensure timely delivery of content and consistent posting across platforms.
Maintain high creative standards and ensure the team meets deadlines.
5. Content Performance and Insights
Track performance of Kadence content and iterate based on data and user feedback
Share performance updates with brand and leadership teams.
