What you will be doing?
Partner with stakeholders to understand talent needs, refine role requirements, and design effective recruitment strategies.
Source, assess, and shortlist high-caliber talent using a mix of traditional channels and creative sourcing techniques across tech, product and sales.
Support the design, execution, and continuous improvement of core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle management, and policy administration.
Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and compliance with internal standards
Assist in developing people programs related to culture, engagement, performance, and employee well-being.
Facilitate employee queries with sensitivity, confidentiality, and a problem-solving mindset.
Desired Profile?
3-5 years of relevant experience in HR, talent acquisition, or people operations, preferably in a high-growth, dynamic environment.
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (good to have pedigree).
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with an ability to build trust and credibility across teams.
A proactive, ownership-driven approach with strong organizational and project-management capabilities.
Ability to interpret data, draw insights, and contribute to decision-making with structured thinking.
