Junior executive - mis analytics - 25k max salary

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Extract and analyze data from multiple sources (CRM, Dispatch, Return, and Sales Sheets).
• Automate report generation using Google Sheets formulas, App Scripts.
• Track key operational metrics such as sales orders, return inward, dispatch accuracy, and QC performance.
• Maintain data accuracy across all MIS dashboards.
• Coordinate with operations, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure timely data updates.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
• Manage and organize report folders in Google Drive Skills Required :
• Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets / MS Excel ( XLOOKUP, QUERY, IMPORTRANGE, etc.)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English(Hindi preferred additionally).
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Team coordination and reporting skills
• Adaptability to new tools and automation systems.
