Lead and manage VLSI design and delivery programs

Coordinate across engineering, verification, and delivery teams to ensure timelines and quality.

• Track project progress, risks, and resources;

report to stakeholders regularly.

Drive process improvements and maintain alignment with client expectations.

Manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring cost, schedule, and quality targets.

Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams for seamless project execution.
