With a strong focus on quality, transparency and timely execution, we are looking for an energetic Sales Executive who can manage leads end-to-end, engage clients confidently and contribute to the company’s business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify and manage leads for construction and development projects.
- Manage leads provided by the company and convert them into business opportunities.
- Meet prospective clients to understand requirements and present B&M’s solutions and expertise.
- Prepare and assist in proposals, quotations and client documentation.
- Negotiate within company guidelines to support deal closures.
- Maintain timely follow-ups, engagement and relationship building with all leads.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities and reports.
- Represent B&M Infra at networking forums, industry meets and exhibitions.
- Coordinate with the Projects / Admin team to arrange site visits and client walkthroughs.
Requirements
3-4 years of field sales experience (real estate / construction preferred).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Malayalam fluency is mandatory.Strong written communication for proposals and formal client communication.Valid 2-wheeler / 4-wheeler license (own vehicle preferred).Self-motivated, disciplined follow-ups and ability to work independently.Preferred Qualifications
Understanding of local real estate and construction markets.Comfortable using MS Office and basic CRM tools.
