Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic, motivated, and highly capable Operations Manager to lead and streamline the operational functions of our 200–300 people technology center in Pune. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys taking on challenges, and has deep experience in recruitment operations, employee processes, and IT coordination.

You will play a pivotal role in enabling our aggressive growth plans, ensuring seamless operations across talent acquisition, HR support, IT, payroll, and workforce management.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Leadership

• Oversee and drive technical hiring to meet aggressive growth targets.
• Mentor and guide recruiters, recruitment leads, and external hiring partners.
• Optimize recruitment pipelines, track metrics, and improve quality of hire.
