Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Engineer located in Chennai. The Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing and supervising on-site activities, ensuring quality control, managing communication between stakeholders, and collaborating with civil and structural engineers. The role includes planning, executing, and monitoring construction projects while adhering to standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of on-site operations and processes
• Clear and effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and stakeholders
• Experience in quality control processes to ensure adherence to project specifications
• Expertise in Structural Engineering and familiarity with construction techniques and materials
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using design and construction software is a plus
• Knowledge of local regulations and safety standards in construction
