Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Deputy General Manager – Sales (Radio)who will be responsible for driving revenue through effective ad sales strategies, client acquisition, and relationship management. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in media sales, a strong network of clients, and a flair for consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage revenue generation for Mumbai market with a strong focus on key Non-BFSI sectors such as Automobile, FMCG, Consumer Durables, Retail, Telecom, etc.

Develop and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, media agencies, and government bodies.

Create and execute high-impact radio campaigns and brand solutions independently.

Drive strategy for market expansion, new business opportunities, and long-term partnerships.

Provide market intelligence and identify trends to stay ahead of competition.

Collaborate with programming and creative teams for innovative concepts and idea selling.

Lead and inspire the sales team while ensuring targets and objectives are achieved.

Candidate Requirements

Radio Industry experience is a must (minimum 10+ years in Radio Sales).

Proven strong network and client connect across key sectors in Mumbai.

Strong understanding of advertising ecosystem and media planning.

A hustler approach — self-motivated, idea-driven, and target-oriented.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

Ability to work independently and create opportunities from scratch.
