Position Overview

The Founder Principal will serve as the academic and administrative leader of the new Edify School in Bangalore. This is a pioneering role for a visionary educator who can establish and shape the school's culture, systems, and reputation from inception. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, dynamic leader, and passionate educationist committed to building excellence in all dimensions of schooling.

Leadership & Vision

• Establish and lead the school's academic vision, philosophy, and culture in alignment with the Edify ethos and 3C Curriculum.
• Build and nurture a team of committed educators who embody the school's mission and values.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for all students.
