Role Overview

We are seeking a Support Engineer (L1 / L2) to join our Gurgaon office. This role is critical to the smooth and secure functioning of our trading operations. You'll be responsible for real-time trade monitoring, issue resolution, and the continual improvement of risk and operational workflows. The ideal candidate is analytical, tech-savvy, and thrives in a high-speed, high-stakes environment.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications :

• A bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• Knowledge of Linux and shell command-line tools
• Good programming and scripting (Python / Shell) skills
• Good problem-solving, mathematical and quantitative reasoning skills
• Very strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Interest in trading and the financial markets
