About the Role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive & Content Writer to manage the social presence and produce compelling content for Lykstage.com. If you are passionate about storytelling, branding and digital engagement — this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

Develop & execute social-media strategies for Lykstage.com.

Manage and grow our presence across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).

Post and schedule content across all social handles.

Engage with users, respond to comments / messages and maintain brand consistency.

Track trends and monitor competitor activities.

Content Writing & Creation

Write engaging posts, captions, blogs, newsletters, ad copy and website content for Lykstage.com.

Write scripts for reels.

Write blogs and articles.

Create and curate visuals (posts, videos, infographics).

Develop monthly content calendars and coordinate with the design / marketing teams.

Optimize content using SEO, keywords and relevant hashtags.

Analytics & Coordination

Analyse performance metrics and refine strategies.

Work with influencers, designers and cross-functional teams on campaigns.

Ensure consistent messaging across all communications.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism or related field (preferred).

2–3+ years of experience in social media management, content writing or digital marketing.

Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.

Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, etc.

Strong creativity, time management and multitasking ability.

Good understanding of SEO and social-media algorithms.
