DevOps Tools : Docker, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CI / CD pipelines. Soft Skills : Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management. Nice to Have : GraphQL, Next.js, TypeScript, Data Visualization, AI / ML exposure. The role is critical to the companys digital transformation initiatives. Candidates with experience in building customer portals or automation tools will have an edge. Strategic visibility and direct interaction with leadership teams.
Job Title : Solution Architect Lead - MERN Stack.
Experience Required : 10 Years (8 years in Mern Stack ).
Location : Chennai (Work from Office).
Notice Period : Immediate to 60 days preferred.
Mode of Interview : Virtual and Walkin.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and architect scalable, enterprise-grade MERN stack applications.
- Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions and microservice-based architectures.
- Lead discussions with stakeholders and drive technical decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, DevOps, UI / UX) for end-to-end delivery.
- Conduct performance tuning, architecture reviews, and security assessments.
- Define development standards and mentor engineering teams.
- Ensure seamless integration with APIs, cloud services, and third-party platforms.
- Stay abreast of emerging tech and continuously recommend stack improvements.
