#Exp. : - 5-8 yrs ( CA / CPA - Qualified candidates )

#Exp. : - 9-14 yrs ( CA / CMA / CWA - Qualified & Semi Qualified both )

#Location : - Bangalore / Hyderabad

Real Estate Experience. - Not mandatory

#Must have : - End to end RTR process, Month-end activities, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, IFRS, US GAAP, Lease accounting, ERP systems ( SAP / Oracle )

Notice period : - Immediate to 30 Days

2. #Group #Finance #Control

( Associate to Manager )

Exp. : - 4-14 yrs

Location : - Bangalore

Must have : - Financial Reporting, Group Consolidation, Statutory Reporting, Audit, IFRS, USGAAP, Excel, Power BI, Financial Modeling , ERP systems ( SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, Onestream )

Real Estate industry will be highly preferred

#Certifications : - CA / CPA / CMA / CWA / ACCA or equivalent

3. #Regional ES Reporting

Exp. : - 4-10 yrs
