Role – Staff Engineer - Frontend

Location : India (Remote)

Function : Engineering – Product

Reports to : Engineering Manager

About the Role

We’re looking for a Staff Frontend Engineer with a frontend experience to join the team that helps users navigate financial services through seamless chat and digital experiences.

You’ll be responsible for building responsive, user-centric interfaces that make advanced AI capabilities intuitive and accessible. This role requires strong fullstack expertise, a keen eye for interaction design, and the ability to develop frontend, backend and AI systems that power natural, personalized, and context-aware conversations.

As a key contributor, you will play a central role in crafting experiences that blend intelligence, automation, and trust —powering millions of interactions across banks, credit unions, and their customers.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain modern, performant web interfaces using React (or equivalent) , delivering high-quality experiences across desktop and mobile
• You will build the backend APIs (Node.Js), orchestration layers, and real-time messaging systems
• Collaborate closely with designers and product managers to turn wireframes and prototypes into elegant, production-ready experiences
• Design and implement frontend patterns, design systems, and reusable UI components that scale across use cases
• Handle session management, personalization logic, and dynamic content rendering to support intelligent agent behavior
• Optimize for accessibility, localization, responsiveness, and performance across browsers and devices
