We are seeking a highly skilled Absence, OTL (Oracle Time and Labor) Techno-Functional Consultant with specific expertise in ADP Payroll integration to join our team.
This consultant will play a pivotal role in configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM modules such as Absence Management and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) while ensuring seamless integration with ADP Payroll.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong mix of functional knowledge and technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, as well as hands-on experience in integrating with ADP Payroll solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Absence Management Configuration
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Absence Management Cloud, ensuring it aligns with client-specific policies and statutory requirements. This includes setting up absence plans, eligibility rules, and approval workflows.
Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) Setup
Configure and implement Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) to ensure efficient time tracking, approval processes, and integration with other HR processes like Absence Management and Payroll.ADP Payroll Integration
Work with internal teams to design and implement integration solutions between Oracle Absence Management, OTL, and ADP Payroll.Manage the transfer of payroll-related data such as time records, absence data, and adjustments between Oracle HCM and ADP Payroll, ensuring accurate and timely processing.Functional and Technical Analysis
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements related to absence management, time tracking, and payroll.Translate these requirements into functional specifications and technical solutions, bridging the gap between HR needs and system capabilities.System Configuration & Customization
Perform system configurations for Absence Management, OTL, and ADP Payroll integration, ensuring all aspects of the solution meet business requirements and are in compliance with statutory regulations.Data Migration & Integration Support
Oversee data migration activities for Absence, OTL, and Payroll modules, ensuring accurate transfer of historical data.Design and manage integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other tools as required.Testing & Troubleshooting
Conduct unit, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the integration between Oracle Absence, OTL, and ADP Payroll works seamlessly.Troubleshoot issues, provide root cause analysis, and resolve technical or functional issues.User Training and Documentation
Develop comprehensive training materials and conduct training sessions for end users.Provide clear documentation on system processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to ensure smooth user adoption.Ongoing Support & Optimization
Provide post-implementation support for Absence, OTL, and ADP Payroll systems.Work with teams to continuously optimize the processes and improve system performance.Compliance and Regulatory Knowledge
Ensure that all configurations for Absence, OTL, and Payroll adhere to relevant regional laws, industry standards, and company policies.Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations.Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically Absence Management and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL).In-depth knowledge of Absence Management configurations, including absence plans, accruals, and eligibility rules in Oracle HCM Cloud.Familiarity with OTL configurations, including time entry, labor rules, and timesheet management.Hands on experience in technical aspects like Fast Formulas, OTBI and BI Reporting.Experience integrating ADP Payroll with Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically with Absence and Time and Labor modules.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.Excellent troubleshooting and issue resolution skills, both technical and functional.Preferred Skills and Qualifications
Oracle Cloud Certifications (e.g., Oracle Absence Management Cloud, Oracle Time and Labor Cloud).Experience in global payroll and understanding of international payroll requirements.Familiarity with Agile methodologies in project delivery.Understanding of data security and compliance standards in HR systems.
