Role Title : Senior Staff Engineer
Location : HSR Bengaluru (Onsite)
Responsibilities :
- Solve hard, high-throughput, real-time engineering challenges
- Architect systems that process billions of transactions
- Drive org-wide technical strategy & long-term architecture
- Work across payments, credit, insurance, wallets, fraud, risk & more
- Influence engineering excellence across multiple product lines
- IC-heavy role (deep design + hands-on problem solving)
Requirements :
