Key Responsibilities

 Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with Ind AS and IFRS

 Conduct internal and statutory audits for listed and unlisted entities

 Manage direct and indirect tax filings (GST, corporate tax, income tax)

 Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

 Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies

 Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies

 Provide strategic financial advice to management

 Handle consolidation audits and group reporting

 Support due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and expansions
