HR Marketing Intern

About This Role

We are seeking an HR Marketing Intern to support our HR and Business Development teams in day-to-day operations and marketing activities. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to learn how HR and marketing work together in a fast-growing IT company. You'll gain hands-on experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and lead support activities, while collaborating closely with our HR and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and posting job openings across social media and job platforms
• Help in building employer branding content for LinkedIn and other channels (posts, stories, visuals, etc.)
• Support the HR team in shortlisting candidates and maintaining applicant databases
• Collaborate with the Business Development team for marketing campaigns and outreach content
• Research potential clients or hiring platforms to support BD initiatives
• Track and organize responses, outreach progress, and marketing activities
• Assist in creating simple presentations, reports, or promotional materials
• Support event or activity coordination (like office engagement, hiring drives, or online campaigns)
