Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a City Head - Sales based in Bengaluru. The City Head will oversee sales operations, manage client accounts, lead sales and account teams, and develop strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and analyzing market trends to drive performance and growth.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to achieve and surpass performance targets
Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, analyze market trends, and develop effective strategies
Experience in Account Management with a focus on nurturing and maintaining client relationships
Team Management skills to inspire, mentor, and drive collaborative efforts within the team
Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and goal-oriented mindset
Experience in the real estate industry is highly beneficial
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
