Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Lead located in Raurkela. The Team Lead will supervise daily operations, coordinate with different teams to ensure project timelines are met, and manage a team to maintain efficient workflow. Responsibilities include overseeing the logistics processes, implementing and enhancing operational strategies, and ensuring the highest level of service quality. The Team Lead will also provide mentorship and training to team members and collaborate with senior leadership to align operations with company goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in team management, leadership, and staff development
• Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes
• Proficiency in using logistics and operational technologies
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
