Job Description
Proven capability to map customer organizations (Org Charting) and develop Engagement Heatmaps to visualize account readiness and influence pathways.
Roles, Responsibilities and Duties / Tasks and duties that define the role
Develop detailed Account Plans in collaboration with the Evonsys Frontline Sales Lead, identifying target contacts, organizational structure, and key business drivers within each banking account.
Gather deep prospect intelligence on target accounts, focusing on identifying pain points related to international payments, competitive solutions used, and recent business triggers.
Map customer organizations and develop Engagement Heatmaps to visualize buying committee roles, influence levels, and preferred communication channels.
Set high-value meetings and demos with all necessary touchpoints (e.g., Treasury, Finance, Risk, Compliance) as requested by the Frontline Sales Lead.
Support front-line sales by coordinating the creation of personalized sales collateral (e.g., custom ROI views, pitch decks) with the Content and Graphics teams.
Strictly adhere to and execute established ABM Playbooks, ensuring all intelligence and outreach activity is meticulously logged into the CRM system.
Must-Have Skills
4 years as an SDR, BDR, or Strategic Research Analyst, with proven experience in high-value offerings and ABM sales processes (>
$100K ACV).
Strong understanding of International Payments, cross-border banking, SWIFT messaging, and / or FinTech solutions.
Good to have Skills
Proficient user of ABM tools (e.g., intent data platforms, specialized outreach automation), CRM systems, and intelligence platforms.
