Experience : 5 to 10 yrs

Qualification : MSW / Master of Labor Welfare

CTC : 8 to 14 LPA

Job Responsibilities :

1. Build and maintain a constructive relationship with a strong and active Labour Union.

2. Handle collective bargaining, wage settlements, and other union negotiations effectively.

3. Ensure timely resolution of grievances and proactively address potential IR issues.

4. Liaison with labor authorities, government bodies, and legal consultants.

5. Lead disciplinary actions, domestic inquiries, and ensure legally compliant proceedings.

6. Handson experience in Statutory Compliance and stakeholder management
