Job descriptionA degree in Finance, Economics, Accountancy, or related fields is a must (Postgraduate / MBA in Finance is desirable). 2-5 Years of experience in Equity research and broking industry towards research domain in PMS Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling. Excellent written and verbal communication—ability to express complex ideas clearly. Prior experience in equity research, investment banking, or financial analysis will be a strong advantage. Knowledge of the Indian equity markets and passion for stock market research is essential. CFA or other professional certifications are a plus but not compulsory.
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Equity Research Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes the financial markets and enjoys converting data into actionable investment insights.
- Conduct in-depth company, sector, and industry analysis with a focus on the Indian equity markets.
- Perform valuation analyses using multiple methodologies (Like relative valuation).
- Monitor company news, quarterly results, and industry developments to identify investment opportunities or risks.
- Prepare high-quality, insightful research reports and investment notes for portfolio decision-making.
- Work closely with the investment team to support portfolio and strategy discussions.
