Job Description : -

Required Skills and Experience :

5+ years of IT experience with 3 years of ETL test experience

Strong testing background (leading, planning & execution of testing activities)

Design, develop, maintain, execute and review manual and automated test scripts to ensure the delivery of quality software applications and other IT services using formal testing techniques

Test exposure on Big Data technologies / Data warehouse platforms on cloud

Proficient in the use of tools like JIRA, Confluence etc.

Hands-on with Selenium and Java

Experienced with ETL testing tools and Test management tools

Experienced with scripting languages – Shell, Python etc.

Monitor and report test metrics and the status of testing progress

Analyze, review and evaluate requirements, working with the business to understand system requirements

Estimate testing requirements to determine scope of development / project cycles

Build and support Test Automation Framework

Conduct automated and manual testing on mobile devices and OS updates

ISTQB Advanced Level Test Analyst / Technical Test Analyst (Preferred)

Experience with BI platforms , Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure)

Basic Big Data environments understanding

• Previously worked with Databases, and objects (tables, views) within databases;
• Exposure to big data technologies (Hadoop);

Generally speaking someone who has a pragmatic & adaptable nature; and flexible with ability to cope up with changes in priorities, ambiguity

As nice to have, would be if they had any previous experience in Financial services or remediation related work.
