About the Role
As the Associate Program Coordinator for AI Courses you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth execution and delivery of IIDEs Artificial Intelligence programs. This includes managing online classrooms coordinating with trainers and students overseeing LMS utilization and ensuring a seamless learning experience. You will also monitor learner satisfaction metrics contribute to continuous improvement of the AI program and collaborate with industry experts to enhance course relevance.
What Youll Do
Classroom and Program Management
Coordinate and set up online or hybrid sessions for AI programs to ensure seamless delivery.
Manage trainer schedules using Google Calendar and facilitate timely communication.
Support trainers with content uploads assessments and session resources.
Learning Management System (LMS) and Reporting
Oversee LMS activity to ensure effective usage by AI trainers and students.
Generate and analyze reports on course progress learner engagement and completion rates.
Present actionable insights to improve learning outcomes and experience.
Student Coordination and Orientation
Conduct virtual onboarding sessions to introduce students to the AI course LMS and support tools.
Act as the primary contact for student queries via CRM calls emails and WhatsApp.
Ensure prompt query resolution and maintain a high student satisfaction score.
Industry Engagement and Trainer Support
Coordinate with AI professionals and guest speakers for expert-led sessions.
Support trainers with technical and operational requirements during sessions.
Monitoring & Feedback
Track and ensure AI course progress aligns with academic schedules and quality standards.
Analyze student feedback CSAT and NPS to identify improvement areas and implement changes.
SOP Compliance and Data Management
Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures for all AI course operations.
Manage student data certificates and reporting via NSDC or other platforms.
Compile and present weekly / monthly feedback and performance reports.
Who You Are
Must-Have :
Minimum 2 years of experience in program coordination academic operations or student management.
Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence concepts and technologies.
Excellent communication and coordination skills (written and spoken English).
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets Docs GDS etc.) and tools like Zoom and WhatsApp.
Should Have :
Experience in managing tech or AI-related programs is desirable.
Knowledge of CRM tools and LMS management systems.
Nice to Have :
Certifications or short-term training in AI data science or related technologies.
Prior experience in educational technology or online learning management.
