Job descriptionCASA Acquisition : Drive the acquisition of new CASA and liability accounts through effective field sales, referrals, and cold-calling efforts. Target Achievement : Meet and exceed branch liability sales and revenue targets. Compliance & KYC : Ensure strict adherence to KYC, AML, and all internal regulatory policies in daily operations. Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships within the branch network. Product Cross-Selling : Effectively cross-sell other financial products, including insurance and mutual funds. Professionals with direct experience in banking field sales. In-depth, practical knowledge of CASA products and the entire KYC / AML process. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. We are looking for motivated and experienced professionals to join our Branch Banking team as a Branch Sales Officer in key growth markets across South and West India.
This role is ideal for candidates with a proven track record in field sales, particularly within the banking or financial services sector, and hands-on experience driving CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) acquisition and managing regulatory compliance.
