Job Title : Senior Software Engineer (Golang + AWS)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with 8+ years of experience in enterprise-level software development. In this role, you will design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance applications while collaborating with clients, product teams, and senior stakeholders.

Must Have Technical Skills :

Backend : Golang (5+ years)

Frontend : React or Angular (2+ years)

Database : PostgreSQL

Cloud & Tools : AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, SES), Maven, Ant, Event Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain medium to large-scale projects
• Write modular, reusable, and high-quality code following TDD, code reviews, and best practices
• Collaborate on architectural decisions and maintain proper technical documentation
• Debug, optimize, and enhance legacy systems while building proof-of-concepts for new features
• Ensure scalability, performance, reliability, and security of applications
• Automate deployments and implement CI / CD pipelines
• Stay updated with industry trends and integrate emerging technologies
• Communicate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
• Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Analyze recurring issues, determine root causes, and implement preventive solutions
