Johnson Lifts is seeking an experienced Corporate Technical Trainer to lead the implementation of high-quality technical and safety training programs across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building technical competency, improving field readiness, and enhancing service excellence through structured learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Technical & Safety Training Delivery

• Conduct structured technical, operational, and safety training for service, installation, and technical teams.
• Facilitate classroom sessions, hands-on practical demonstrations, and field-based learning programs.
• Ensure learning outcomes are aligned with industry standards and internal quality expectations.
