Role : SharePoint Online Consultant / M365 SharePoint Implementation Specialist

Location : Hyderabad / Hybrid (2 days per week)

Full Time

2-11 PM IST / 3 PM -12 AM IST

Overview :

We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Online Consultant to help one of our clients design, implement, and adopt SharePoint Online as part of their Microsoft 365 environment.

The consultant will work closely with business users to understand their collaboration, document management, and workflow needs - then configure and deploy SharePoint Online following Microsoft best practices.

This role also includes training end users and administrators to ensure smooth adoption and ongoing governance.

Key Responsibilities :

Discovery & Planning :

• Meet with business stakeholders and end users to gather requirements, understand existing processes, and identify collaboration needs.
• Assess current file storage and communication methods (e.g., shared drives, Teams, email).
• Develop a SharePoint implementation plan, including information architecture, site hierarchy, permissions model, and governance.
