Role Overview

We are seeking a Power Automate Developer to design, build, and deploy automation workflows that streamline and optimize key HR and Benefits processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Automate (Desktop & Cloud Flows) and a strong understanding of Microsoft 365 integration .

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Power Automate Desktop and Cloud Flows to automate business workflows.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather automation requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration with Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel) and other third-party applications.
• Implement RPA design principles and best practices for flow reliability and reusability.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and performance optimization of automation workflows.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-deployment monitoring.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including process flow diagrams, configuration details, and test results.
• Work in Agile / Scrum environments, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams for iterative delivery.
