Role Overview
We are seeking a Power Automate Developer to design, build, and deploy automation workflows that streamline and optimize key HR and Benefits processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Automate (Desktop & Cloud Flows) and a strong understanding of Microsoft 365 integration .
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Power Automate Desktop and Cloud Flows to automate business workflows.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather automation requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration with Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel) and other third-party applications.
- Implement RPA design principles and best practices for flow reliability and reusability.
- Conduct testing, debugging, and performance optimization of automation workflows.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-deployment monitoring.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including process flow diagrams, configuration details, and test results.
- Work in Agile / Scrum environments, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams for iterative delivery.
Primary Skills & Experience
Microsoft Power Automate (Desktop & Cloud Flows) – strong hands-on development experience.Experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solution design and deployment.Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI) – desirable.Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 integrations (SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel).Proficient in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing automation performance.Experience documenting process design, testing, and flow configurations.Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies and collaborative delivery environments.Ideal Candidate Profile
4+ years of overall IT experience, with 2+ years in Power Automate development.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Microsoft Power Platform or RPA certification preferred (e.g., PL-500, UIPath Certified Developer).Preferred Certifications
