Job descriptionLead and mentor a high-performing engineering team focused on lending systems Own architecture, design, and development of core lending modules : Underwriting & decisioning LOS / LMS Repayments, NACH / UPI mandates, auto-debits Collections workflows 5–8+ years of engineering experience, including 2–4 years in team / tech leadership Strong backend expertise : Java, Go, or Python Hands-on experience in fintech / lending / credit systems Understanding of : Underwriting and risk scoring Loan lifecycle (disbursement → repayment → closure) Bureau APIs (CIBIL / CRIF), CKYC, KYC / AML
