Senior MEP Engineering Leader

Hiring : AGM–SGM, MEP (Design & Product Development) | Bangalore

We are looking for a senior MEP leader (AGM–SGM level) to head Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing design, implementation, and compliance for large-scale developments. This role is ideal for someone who brings technical depth, strategic foresight, and the ability to lead end-to-end MEP functions for high-performance, future-ready spaces.

Strategic Leadership

• Build long-term MEP strategies that enhance safety, functionality, and asset value.
• Lead process optimisation, value engineering, and adoption of global standards.
• Define engineering frameworks, competencies, and best practices across all MEP functions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate MEP seamlessly into architectural and product design.
