About the Role

We are seeking a talented Backend Engineer with strong AI / ML expertise to own our core intelligence layer. You will be responsible for our RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) system, embedding pipelines, and AI-powered features that make our chatbots intelligent. This role combines traditional backend engineering with cutting-edge AI / ML integration.

You will work directly with LangChain, OpenAI APIs, vector databases (Milvus), and build the systems that power natural language understanding and generation across our platform.

Key Responsibilities :

AI / ML Development (50%)

• Design, implement, and optimize RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines
• Manage embedding generation using HuggingFace Transformers and Sentence Transformers
• Integrate and optimize llm calls for chat completions and embeddings
• Build and maintain LangChain chains and agents for complex workflows
• Design and implement workflows for visual AI pipeline creation
• Optimize vector search and retrieval using vector database
• Implement semantic search, similarity matching, and relevance ranking
• Experiment with and evaluate different embedding models and chunking strategies
• Build natural language query understanding for analytics.
