Retail Associate Position at Leading Apparel Brand in Dehradun

Our client a multinational conglomerate based in the UAE with its headquarters in Dubai is in search of male candidates to fill the role of Retail Associate at their Dehradun location. The conglomerate is engaged in retailing various products including apparel footwear consumer electronics cosmetics & beauty products home improvement and baby products with a particular focus on hospitality & leisure healthcare and mall management.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Adherence to grooming standards
• Warmly welcome and greet customers
• Utilize standard phrases when engaging with customers
• Introduce oneself and offer a shopping bag to each customer
• Assist customers in finding the right products within the store
• Provide necessary assistance to customers
• Communicate information about product range / style new product innovations and store promotions / offers to customers
• Share customer / merchandise feedback with DMs
