About the Company :

We are hiring for a Lead – Corporate Strategy role within the insurance business of a prominent, publicly listed conglomerate headquartered in Mumbai .

About the Role

The role involves supporting strategic planning and execution, conducting deep analysis, and facilitating the overall Group strategy.

Responsibilities :

• Drive deep-dive analysis and strategic assessments across Insurance Business to generate insights that directly support the development and evolution of Group Corporate Strategy .
• Stay informed on emerging global trends, industry dynamics, and regulatory developments to anticipate shifts in the external environment and assess potential implications.
• Actively contribute to collaborative problem-solving and innovation sessions, distilling insights into practical outcomes and highlighting their strategic relevance.
• Develop high-quality reports, presentations, and briefing materials to communicate key findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Identify and assess new avenues for growth, including market expansion opportunities, strategic collaborations, and investment or acquisition prospects.
• Support the implementation of enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and ensure effective alignment and execution across business units.
• Provide advisory support to affiliated business units in strategic planning and the development of annual business objectives.
• Define and track performance indicators to monitor the success and impact of strategic and operational plans.

Qualifications & Experience :

MBA with 6+ years experience, Consulting experience preferred.

CTC Budget : INR 75.00 LPA inclusive of variable.
