Job Responsibilities :

Primary responsibility of the team member(s) would be to :

a. Manage the entire regulatory process esp. for ECM deals

b. Handle due-diligence and pre / post IPO / QIP process

d. Have thorough knowledge of SEBI and capital market related regulations

e. Have sound knowledge of products like IPO, QIP, Rights, Buy-back etc.

f. Have a good understanding of the regulatory nuances and should have completed few IPO / QIP transactions in left lead role

g. Help in preparing relevant sections of pitch / credential book

h. Can focus on drafting, documentation and liaisoning with regulators, stock exchanges, legal firms etc.
