AI & Automation Specialist – Individual Contributor
We are hiring a hands-on AI & Automation Specialist to implement AI tools, build workflows, and support daily tech operations.
Responsibilities
- Set up, test, and manage AI tools and automation workflows (ChatGPT, Zapier / Make, CRM integrations).
- Improve internal processes and create simple SOPs for teams.
- Handle basic IT troubleshooting
- Manage basic website updates (CMS edits, plugin checks, performance).
- Coordinate with vendors for deeper technical fixes when needed.
