Reports to : Deputy Vice President Experience : 2 to 3 years

Required Qualification : Post Graduate degree in Finance / Economics

Preferred Qualification : MBA in Finance, Post-Graduation in Economics

Skill, Knowledge and Trainings : Knowledge of financial markets, application of econometrics

techniques, Coding in R / Python, sound communication skills, Team player

Core Competencies : Sound knowledge of financial markets, Strong writing skills

Functional Competencies : Data handling proficiency, Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, Sound verbal communication

Job Purpose : The position primarily involves application of quantitative techniques for research, writing of Research papers and reports related to financial markets and the macro-economy. It also involves interaction with internal and external stakeholders with regard to data and research reports.

Area of Operations Key Responsibility

• Original research on various topical issues related to domestic and international macro- economic and financial market interlinkages.
• Writing of Research articles / papers related to financial markets with application of quantitative research techniques.
• Preparation of periodic macroeconomic and financial market reports
• Clear understanding of financial markets and their interlinkages.
• Preparation of regular operational / MIS Reports Generation of accurate reports, within set
• timelines
• Participation in the routine activities of the Department
• Support to associated research activities of the Department

Any Other Requirement : Candidate should have good verbal communication skills for interaction

with regulators and members. Ability to work in a team and eagerness to learn are the other

attributes required.
