Job Description

1. Experience Requirement : Minimum 1+ years of proven experience in US IT recruitment.

2. Client Experience : Expertise in handling implementation projects with clients.

3. Recruitment Skills :

• Proficient in sourcing and screening resumes from various job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Skilled in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

4. Technical Expertise : Strong knowledge of technical terminologies, technologies, and skills relevant to IT roles (e.g., Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, SAP, etc.).

5. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and clients.

6. US Market Knowledge :

7. Client Coordination : Ability to liaise with implementation partners to understand job requirements and deliver quality candidates.

8. Performance Metrics :

Work Timings : Willingness to work in US time zones.
