Job descriptionManage and maintain the content calendar for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms Help find, onboard, and coordinate with influencers and micro-creators Scripts, Email campaigns or coordination with Editing for sales & retention campaigns. 1–3 years of experience in content creation or social media, or a strong personal creator portfolio Must be confident and natural on camera — speaking, explaining, demonstrating Ability to coordinate with editors, designers, and influencers to get work done Self-driven, dependable, and comfortable handling multiple tasks High ownership role - Experience mentorship-first management where you own the show! Work in a fast-moving team with clear impact Directly operate with Founders - Learn together to build a lasting brand : )
