Position Overview :
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven E-commerce Executive to take ownership of our online sales channels and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and managing product listings, optimizing customer experience, executing promotions, and analyzing sales data to improve performance. This role requires a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa and our D2C website) and a passion for converting traffic into sales through effective pricing, and marketing strategies.
Selected candidate’s responsibilities include :
- Develop and execute data-backed strategies to drive sales growth and profitability for a luxury personal care brand across D2C and marketplace platforms.
- Oversee the entire D2C operation and manage listings, pricing, promotions, and on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Website, etc., with a deep understanding of luxury category positioning .
- Manage relationships with key e-commerce partners and platforms to maximize visibility and sales opportunities.
- Analyse market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Lead the expansion into new markets or channels.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, operations, and finance to ensure alignment and execution of business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including sales performance, customer acquisition cost, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value, to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize user acquisition and retention, including loyalty programs, referral programs, and personalized marketing initiatives.
- Manage the P&L for the e-commerce business, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in e-commerce and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identifying new product launch opportunities
Job Requirements :
Available for a full time (in-office), Preferred from Delhi-NCR or willing to locate.Minimum 3+ years of experience managing E-commerce operations, with luxury / premium brand(s)Education qualification : - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.Proven track record of scaling brands from 1Cr+ to 10–20Cr+ in revenue, preferably in high-end D2C categoriesStrong understanding of e-commerce platforms, market dynamics, and digital marketing strategies.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive business decisions.Demonstrated experience in managing P&L and budgetary responsibilities.Ability to blend performance marketing with luxury branding standardsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsShould have the ability to move and adapt to high-paced industry mechanisms and business environment changes
