Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you will be responsible for :
Marketing Procurement :
- Procurement for marketing categories, including digital media, influencer collaborations, OOH, and large-scale events
- Identify and on-board key suppliers (, digital platforms, advertising agencies, PR firms, event organizers, and celebrity management agencies)
- Lead contract negotiations with digital platforms, influencers, celebrity management firms, and event organizers
- Partner closely with the marketing and communications teams to understand business requirements and deliver procurement solutions that drive value and innovation
- Identify and onboard new suppliers to enhance the organization's marketing capabilities while maintaining a strong supplier diversity program
- Monitor and manage spending across marketing procurement categories
- Conduct regular market analysis to benchmark pricing and supplier capabilities
General Procurement :
- Manage procurement activities across various categories such as office supplies, IT equipment, professional services, and facilities management
- Ensure procurement processes comply with organizational policies and external regulations
The Successful Applicant
To be a successful candidate, you should :
- 10-14 years of hands-on procurement experience in marketing categories
- Strong expertise in digital media, influencer marketing, OOH, and large-scale events
- Knowledge of procurement tools and processes (, SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar)
- Ability to analyse market trends and optimize vendor selection
Excellent negotiation, contract management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
