4+ years experience into bench sales

Roles and Responsibilities

Need someone with experience in fetching Fulltime, W2 roles for USC, GC and H4 EAD consultants.

Marketing the consultant resumes of Power BI, Data Analyst, Data Engineer, SQL / Tableau Developer for mid level to senior level roles.

Have a passion for the staffing industry and a desire to help people reach their career goals.

He / she should possess good knowledge of various technologies in the US IT market.

Working experience with prime vendors / Clients

Responsible for getting new leads for consultants on the bench, schedule interviews, following up and placing consultants on the job

Expert in job portal searches likes Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Tech fetch, indeed, LinkedIn etc. and other networking methods and marketing of candidates on bench via requirements received in email, dice, techfetch, etc.

Submit the candidates for the suitable positions and follow up with Vendors by Phone or mail regarding the rates and client interviews.

Excellent Interpersonal skills and prior experience in interviewing candidates on a basic skill set is a must.
