Experience Required : 1-2 years

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Executives to join our team. This is a full-time

role designed for fresh graduates and young professionals who are eager to build their careers

in digital marketing, client servicing, and sales strategy. The selected candidates will undergo

structured training and mentorship to prepare them for client-facing responsibilities.

Role Overview

As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying

opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the delivery of marketing and digital

transformation services. This position requires high energy, excellent communication skills, and

a target-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business leads across target industries (BFSI, Retail, FMCG,

Consumer Electronics, D2C, etc.).

  • Conduct market research to support outreach and client acquisition strategies.
  • Cold call prospective clients from databases and directories to generate leads and fix meetings.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients.
  • Schedule and attend meetings with prospective clients to pitch services.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Support senior leadership in account growth, upselling, and cross-selling services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Strategy, Design, Tech) to ensure alignment on client solutions.
  • Maintain accurate daily sales activity reports (calls, meetings, follow-ups,
  • closures).

  • Track, report, and document progress on CRM and achieve defined sales targets and KPIs.
  • Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confidence in cold calling and client-facing conversations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a passion for sales.
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts will be an added advantage.
