Join our vibrant team as an Associate Account Director, where you’ll lead our client-servicing team, manage senior client relationships, and ensure successful delivery of innovative digital marketing solutions. You’ll blend strategic leadership, commercial acumen, team mentorship, and deep digital expertise, acting as the key interface between clients and our internal teams. Your drive will fuel client satisfaction, account growth, and agency profitability.

✅ 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 :

𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀 :

• Be the senior point of contact for key client accounts.
• Build and nurture trusted relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges and marketing needs.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and lead the pitch process for account expansion.

𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 :

🧠 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 :

1. 10+ years of experience in client servicing / account management, including team-handling.

2. Proven track-record in growing client accounts and building long-term relationships.

3. Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and industry trends.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

5. Ability to build, inspire and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

6. Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis.

7. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
