Job Overview : We are seeking an experienced Digital Analytics Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in computer science, coupled with practical technical skills and experience in digital analytics. This role will support our Digital Analytics team in implementing, managing, and optimizing data-driven solutions across various analytics platforms, helping drive insights and business decisions.
Key Responsibilities :
Digital Analytics Implementation & Optimization :
- Configure and manage analytics platforms, including Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other tools as required.
- Design and implement tracking solutions to capture essential metrics, events, and conversions across web and app environments.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy, aligning data collection efforts with business objectives.
Tag Management & Data Layer Setup :
Set up and maintain tag management solutions such as Google Tag Manager (GTM) or Adobe Launch.Configure complex tags, triggers, and variables for tracking and troubleshooting issues to ensure data quality and accuracy.Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and refine tracking for campaigns, conversions, and user interactions.Data Collection, Analysis & Reporting :
Develop custom reports and dashboards using analytics and data visualization tools.Conduct data validation across platforms to ensure consistent and accurate reporting.Collaborate with teams to interpret data insights, empowering data-driven decision-making and optimizations.Technical Skills :
Experience working as an implementation specialist on any enterprise platform in analytics, data, digital marketing, or ERP space.Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML and JavaScript (experience working with SQL, APIs, and ETL processes is a plus).Consulting Experience :
Prior experience working with consulting firms such as Deloitte, Accenture, or similar is highly desirable, demonstrating a consulting mindset and effective client communication skills.Soft Skills :
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Detail-oriented and collaborative, with a commitment to data quality and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Preferred Skills :
Experience with digital analytics platforms, including advanced use of Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.Certifications such as Google Analytics Individual Qualification, Adobe Analytics certification, or similar credentials.Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
