Job Description

We are looking for a data-driven and ROI-focused Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and scale paid advertising across key marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and others. This role is central to driving revenue growth, improving ad efficiency, and strengthening Shay’s marketplace presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketplace Advertising (Amazon, Flipkart & Q.Com)
• Plan, create, and optimise PPC campaigns including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and other marketplace ad formats.
• Continuously monitor campaign performance (ACOS, ROAS, CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate).
• Conduct daily / weekly optimization of bids, budgets, keywords, product targeting, and placements.
• Manage new launches with structured ad funnels : awareness → consideration → conversion.
